service is deemed to be complete on the sole respondent in light
of Judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs.
Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court
Cases 510 and order passed by the Registrar’s Court on
13.10.2023 in T.P. (C) No. 2090/2019. Still none has entered
appearance on behalf of the sole respondent.
