UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Prima facie we do not find any error in the order of the
Division Bench holding the appellant guilty of contempt.
2. However, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant
states that he will make an attempt to ensure that the appellant
hands over physical possession of the plot in question with
marketable title.
