O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall take

steps, complete in all respect, for service on

respondent no.2 and file proof of dasti service in

respect of the said respondent positively within

eight weeks, failing which no further opportunity

shall be afforded and the review petition shall stand

dismissed for non-prosecution without further

reference to the Court.
