1. As the petitioner has failed to deposit the cost(s) in terms
of this Court’s order dated 04.07.2023, since the writ petitioner
is a resident of Delhi, we direct the Govt. of NCT of Delhi to take
recourse to the due process of law to recover the amount as
applicable laws.
