seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and states that the
appellants will press Civil Appeal No. 7407 of 2022 tilted “Jagdish
Prasad Jaat and Anr. vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors.”, which is
pending before this Court.
In view of the statement made and without expressing any
opinion on merits, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
We clarify that the impugned judgment and the dismissal of
the present appeal will not come in the way of the appellants
raising all pleas and contentions in accordance with law in Civil
Appeal No. 7407 of 2023.
