Delay in refiling/curing defects, is condoned.

2. IA NO.189381 of 2023 is allowed.

3. This Chamber Appeal is filed against the Registrar’s order

dated 04.08.2023, whereby M.A.No.17961 of 2023 (seeking

restoration) filed by the petitioners was directed to be lodged on

account of non curing of the defects.

4. The delay occasioned in filing the Chamber Appeal has been

condoned by order dated 28.11.2023. The defects have also been

cured. Thus, the order dated 04.08.2023 is set aside.

5. IA No.170078 of 2023 is allowed. Consequently, the present
