O R D E R
This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of
Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short “CPC”). The petitioner is the
wife of the respondent. The petitioner has filed this Transfer
Petition seeking the following reliefs:
“(a) Seeking Transfer of Dissolution of Marriage Petition No.3453/2022 Pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad State of U.P., titled as Sh. Deepak Arya vs. Smt. Munni @ Monika. To any competent Court of Principal Civil Judge, Family Court at Rohini, North West District Courts, State of Delhi; and
(b) Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.”
We have heard learned counsel for both the parties.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on
perusal of the material on record, we find that the petitioner
has made out a case for transfer of the aforesaid petition.
In the result, the Transfer Petition is allowed and the
Petition No.3453/2022 titled “Deepak Arya vs. Munni @ Monika”
pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the
Court of Principal...
