O R D E R
1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the
petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition filed by the
respondent – husband in H.M.A. Case No.1994/2021, titled “Rakesh
Tyagi vs Jyoti”, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955,
pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut,
Uttar Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District
Sonepat, Haryana.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the
materials placed on record.
3. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –
wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the
Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered
accordingly.
4. Consequently, H.M.A. Case No.1994/2021, titled “Rakesh Tyagi vs
Jyoti”, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Meerut, Uttar Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the Principal
Judge, Family Court, District Sonepat, Haryana.
5. The respondent would be at liberty to attend the proceedings
before the Family Court through online.
