Service is complete on respondent nos.1 and 6, but none has
entered appearance.
Respondent nos.3 and 5 have refused to receive the notice.
Hence, service is deemed to be complete through refusal, still none
has entered appearance.
Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner,
to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, for issuing notice
to respondent nos.2 and 4. Dasti service, in addition, as prayed is
allowed. Let affidavit of dasti service be filed within four weeks.
List again on 16.01.2025.
