Heard Mr. Kumar Shivam, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

2. Adverting to the State’s counter affidavit, Ms. Madhusmita

Bora, the learned counsel submits that 28 out of 43 witnesses have

already been testified. As next the independent witnesses to give

their evidence, the counsel submits that the bail at this stage
