2. Let notice be issued to the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
3. State of Rajasthan and the Rajasthan Public Service Commission are
represented by Ms. Nidhi Jaswal and Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh, learned counsel
respectively; hence, formal service of notice on them is dispensed with.
