UPON hearing the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The office has submitted a report that MA...@ Diary
No.34289/2022 ( i.e. Misc. Application for appeal against the order
of the Registrar dated 17.02.2015) is defective for the reason as
petitioner-in-person is required to clarify in respect of paragraph
4(b) at page no.7 of the miscellaneous application.
2. It is reported that despite the letter sent by the Registry of
this Court dated 30.07.2024, the petitioner-in-person has not
clarified the same so far.
3. It is also reported that notice of hearing was given to the
petitioner-in-person via E-Mail.
4. The petitioner-in-person is present in the Court. He has not
been able to explain as to how he has removed the defects, although
he states that he has removed the defects.
