O R D E R
1. I.A. No.282228/2024 for impleadment is granted.
2. Amended cause title be furnished during the course of
the day.
3. Leave granted.
4. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants –
accused Nos.2 to 5, only to the extent of imposing the
condition by the High Court, while granting bail, to the
effect that the complainant shall be at liberty to withdraw
the amount of Rs.32 lakhs deposited by the appellants in
connection with Crime No.101 of 2023 before the learned
Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2
– de facto complaint submits that the respondent No.2 shall
not withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants and she
has no objection if the impugned order passed by the High
Court is confirmed, without permitting the complainant to
withdraw the said amount.

6. In view of the above, the condition of permitting the
respondent No.2 – de facto complainant to withdraw the
amount deposited by the appellants is deleted from the
impugned order.
7. Rest of the impugned order shall remain unchanged.
8. The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
