1. This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner
seeking transfer of OWP No.1250/2013 titled as “Chandji Bhan
vs. State of Jammu and Kashmir & Ors.” pending before the
High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh at Srinagar to
the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. We see absolutely no reason to transfer the subject
case from the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh at
Srinagar to the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, as the
only reason assigned by the petitioner is that now he is
residing in Delhi.
4. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
