After arguing for sometime, when the Court expressed its
disinclination to entertain the present transfer petition, the
learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a
possibility of settlement between the petitioners and the
respondent, and that a notice be issued only for this limited
purpose of exploring the possibility of settlement through
mediation.
In view of the above, the notices be issued to the respondent
only for the limited purpose of exploring the possibilities of
settlement, returnable after four weeks.
