The Contempt Petition No.541 of 2011 was decided way back on
07.01.2014. Through this Miscellaneous Application, the applicants
seek directions in connection with the order dated 07.01.2014
passed in the Contempt Petition No.541 of 2011. The office has
raised an objection that the original Civil appeal paper books are
not placed on record. On going through the memo of parties in the
contempt proceedings, it is apparent that the applicants were not
parties therein. Thus, the status of the applicants in this matter,
can only be clarified from the paper book...
