UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent No.1 has already filed counter affidavit.
It has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel for petitioner that
affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent
No.2 could not be filed because the Respondent No.2 is not residing
at the given address. Ld. Counsel has submitted that he will file
fresh address during the course of the day. Let the same be filed.
If the same is filed, issue notice to Respondent No.2 upon
taking fresh steps by 11.3.2026. Dasti in addition is allowed as
prayed.
List again on 1.4.2026.
