O R D E R

1. Leave granted.

2. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that all

the disputes and differences between the parties have been

amicably resolved.

3. We place on record with appreciation, the efforts put in

by Ms. Geeta Luthra, learned senior counsel, who was

requested by this Court to intervene and make the parties

understand the advantages and benefits of mutual amicable

resolution of all their disputes. We must also place on

record our appreciation for the efforts put in by learned

counsel for the parties. The Memorandum of Understanding

dated 18th February, 2026 is taken on record.

4. The appellant-husband shall pay to the respondent-wife a

cumulative amount of Rs. 40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs

only) as Settlement Amount, as per the Schedule mentioned in

the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18th February, 2026.

5. Out of the said Settlement Amount, an amount of

Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) shall be deposited in

an interest-bearing fixed deposit in the name of the parties'

daughter Ms. Aishani Kundu.
