Leave granted.

It is the contention of the appellant, Devi Singh, that he is

a farmer and was, earlier, an employee of Vikram Singh, the main

accused. It is submitted that he was a dummy Director appointed by

Mr. Vikram Singh.

It is an accepted and admitted position that the appellant,

Devi Singh, was arrested on 19.09.2019 and remains in jail. Three

chargesheets have been filed but charges are yet to be framed. It

is stated that the trial will take time.

Given the aforesaid facts, we accept the present appeal and

direct that the appellant, Devi Singh, shall be released on bail

during the pendency of the trial in the chargesheet(s) arising out

of First Information Report No. 32/2019 dated 23.08.2019 registered

with Police Station – Special Operation Group (SOG), District -

Jaipur, Rajasthan, for the offence(s) punishable under Sections

420, 406, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code,

Crl.A. @ SLP(Crl.) No. 12198/2024 1

1860, and Section 65 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, on

terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial Court.
