O R D E R
Diary Nos.51460 and 51471 of 2024 are taken on board. Office
objections are directed to be ignored and the cases are,
therefore, directed to be numbered as transfer petitions.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and are of
the opinion that these transfer petitions deserve to be allowed,
though we are not recording elaborate reasons except noticing
the fact that the children who are residing with the respondent,
Poonam Karwasra, are studying in Delhi.
In view of the aforesaid facts, we hereby direct as under:
(i) Petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973, bearing MNT No.125/234/2024, titled
‘Poonam Karwasra v. Chander Dev’, pending in the court of
the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court,

Faridabad, Haryana, is transferred to the Court of the
learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini Court, Delhi;
(ii) Petition under Section 13(1)(ia)&(ib) of the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955, bearing HMA No.898/2024, titled ‘Poonam
Karwasra v. Chander Dev’, pending in ...
