UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

1. Though, the office report dated 18.12.2024 indicates that the service is

deemed to be complete upon the sole respondent, but no one has put in

appearance on his behalf.

2. In the interest of justice, we allow the petitioner to serve the respondent by

dasti service and also through the SHO concerned.

3. Steps in this regard may be taken within two weeks.
