1. Mr.Shankar Chabra, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner, prays for liberty to withdraw his vakalatnama as he is

no longer instructed by the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the proceedings, dated 10.01.2024, 20.03.2024

and 29.08.2024, it is apparent that no one is appearing to pursue

this matter on behalf of the petitioner.

3. It is apparent that the petitioner is not inclined to continue

with this transfer petition.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is dismissed for want of

prosecution.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
