ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The petitioner no.1 and the son of the respondent, who is
also husband of petitioner no.1, are also physically present
in the Court.
3. Pursuant to the matter being referred to mediation, a
settlement has been arrived between the parties.
4. The said Settlement Agreement dated 20.01.2025 has been
brought on record before this Court.
5. In terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20.01.2025,
the parties have jointly filed an application i.e.,
I.A.No.25584/2025 seeking invocation by this Court of the
power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, for
dissolving the marriage between the petitioner no. 1 and son
of respondent.
6. The petitioner no.1 and son of the respondent, who are
present before this Court also confirm that the agreement has
been entered into by both the parties as per their freewill

and without any coercion, duress or collusion.
7. The Settlement Agreement, reads as under:-
“ NOW, THEREFORE, THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
