O R D E R
This petition seeks transfer of proceedings in
Family Suit No.1738 of 2019 titled “Sanjay Jagannath Prasad
Vs. Soni Sanjay Prasad ” pending in the Family Court at
Ahmedabad, Gujarat to the court of competent jurisdiction at
Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
Despite notice, no one appeared on behalf of the
respondent.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,
we are of the opinion that interest of justice requires that
the petition should be allowed.
Accordingly, the proceedings in Family Suit No.1738 of
2019 titled “Sanjay Jagannath Prasad Vs. Soni Sanjay
Prasad” pending in the Family Court at Ahmedabad, Gujarat is
transferred to the jurisdictional Court at Aurangabad,
Maharashtra.

The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the
record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.
The Transfer Petition is allowed in the above terms.
Pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
