O R D E R
1. Under the impugned judgment rendered by the High Court, the
respondent-employee’s (now deceased) dismissal from service vide
order dated 30th May 1977, the appellate order dated 28.06.1990 and
the judgment of the U.P. Public Service Tribunal dated 28.06.1990
have been set aside and the respondent-employee has been directed
to be reinstated with full consequential benefits.
2. Considering that the dismissal order was passed forty eight
years back and in between the respondent-employee has died, we are
not inclined to proceed further in this appeal. Accordingly, the
Civil Appeal is dismissed.
