O R D E R
1. The claim of the petitioner is that though
the amount, as directed to be paid as per the order
of this Court dated 17.01.2023, was to be received
by the petitioner, the same has been fraudulently
withdrawn by some other person.
2. We do not wish to go into the disputed
question as to who is entitled to withdraw the
amount payable to M/s. Wangham Associate Khansa.
3. However, we clarify that in order dated
17.01.2023 we have only considered the entitlement
of M/s. Wangham Associate Khansa and not ruled on
who is the person authorized and entitled to

withdraw the amount on behalf of M/s. Wangham
Associate Khansa.
4. If the parties wish to avail any of the
remedies for raising the said grievance, the order
dated 17.01.2023 passed by this Court will not come
in their way.
5. The miscellaneous applications are,
accordingly, dismissed.
