As per the office report, the respondents have been served.
However, none appears on their behalf. The respondents are
proceeded against ex parte.
Having given due consideration to the contentions raised by
the petitioners and the averments made in the transfer petitions,
and in the interest of justice, the transfer petitions are allowed.
Accordingly, the proceedings in DV/43/2020, titled “Madhuri
Kumari and Anr. v. Priyanshu Saurav and Ors.”, and MNT125/73/2020,
titled “Madhuri Kumari and Anr. v. Priyanshu Saurav”, pending
before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram,
Haryana, are directed to be transferred to the Court of the learned
Presiding Officer/learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at
District Siwan, Bihar, who may hear the cases himself/herself or
assign it to Court(s) of competent jurisdiction.
Records of the cases shall be immediately transferred to the
transferee Court(s).
To cut short the delay, parties are directed to appear before

the transferee Court on 18.12.2024. On the said date and
thereafter, the parties may appear in person or through their
authorized representatives or through video-conferencing, if the
said facility is available ...
