O R D E R
1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the
petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition filed by the
respondent – husband being matrimonial case bearing No. M.C. 3946/
2024 titled “B. Bharath vs. B. Likitha” pending before the Court of
II, Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the
Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-VI
Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Additional Family Court,
Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, Hyderabad (Telangana).
2. The respondent-husband, although served with the notice issued
by this Court yet has chosen not to remain present before this
Court either in-person or through an advocate.
3. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –
wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the
Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered
accordingly.
4. Consequently, M.C. 3946/2024 titled “B. Bharath vs. B. Likitha”
pending before the Court of II, Additional Principal Judge, Family
Court, Bengaluru is ordered to be transferred to the Court of VI
Additional District and Ses...
