O R D E R

1.   The   petitioner   –   wife   has   filed   this   Transfer   Petition

seeking transfer of  HMA No. 305 of 2023  titled as  “Manu

Bhandari   Vs.   Shivani   Bhandari”   from   the   Court   of

Additional District Judge, Chandigarh to the Family Court at

Saket, New Delhi.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

3.  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we

are of the view that the matter is liable to be transferred.

4. Accordingly,   this  Transfer  Petition   is  allowed  and   the

subject­case   is   hereby   transferred   to   the  Family  Court   at

Saket, New Delhi.

5. After  the matter  is  transferred to the Family Court at

Saket, New Delhi, the concerned Court will give fresh notice

to all the parties by fixing a date and the aforesaid matter

shall proceed before the said Court from the stage it was left

in the Court of Additional District Judge, Chandigarh.  ...
