O R D E R
1. Civil Appeal No. 7747 of 2012 was allowed by this Court by
an order dated 30.11.2023. The respondent in the said civil appeal
has now applied for review of the said judgment and order.
2. We have perused the review petition.
3. No error, far less apparent error, on the face of the record,
is discernible. Principles of review flowing from Order 47 Rule 1 of
the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Order 47 Rule 1 of the
Supreme Court Rules, 2013 are not attracted.
4. We are, therefore, of the considered opinion that no case for
review has been set up.

5. The review petition is, therefore, dismissed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
