UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
As per the office report, notice has not been served on
respondent nos.7 and 9. The said report indicates that notices were
received back with the postal remark “Addressee name is incorrect,
Refused, hence return to sender”.
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that these very
respondents filed a quashing petition before the High Court and the
details as set out in the array of parties of the Transfer Petition
match with the cause title of the quashing petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) to place the copy of the
quashing petition on record with an affidavit of the petitioner(s).
One week time is given to do the needful.
