UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following O R D E R
Vakalatnama and memo of appearance has been filed in respect
of sole respondent, but the same is found to be defective. Two
weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel to cure the defects and file
counter affidavit within four weeks.
Subject to curing of defects, after the expiry of said period,
matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Court as
per rules.
