Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties.
The respondent is the writ petitioner before the
learned Single Judge of the High Court. He was aggrieved
by the order dated 11th March, 2022 passed by the
appellants by which his services were dispensed with. A
Writ Petition filed by the respondent was dismissed by
recording a finding that the respondent had secured
appointment to the post of Lower Division Clerk based on
a degree which was found to be fake and therefore, the
action of dispensing with his service cannot be faulted.
A Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) was preferred by the
respondent against the said order of the learned Single
Judge. The grievance of the appellants is about the
direction issued by the Division Bench of the High Court

by way of an interim order to the first appellant to
consider the case of the respondent for giving him
appointment under Group 'D' post, as per policy of the
Government.
Considering the issue involved in the LPA, grant
of such a direction by way of the interim relief was not
