Heard the learned counsel appearing for the

appellants.

After having perused the application for

condonation of delay made by the appellants before the

High Court, we are of the view that a sufficient cause

was made out to condone the delay. Therefore, the

impugned order dated 30th October, 2023 is set aside.

Delay in filing Writ Appeal No.1525 of 2023 is condoned.

Now, the concerned Bench can proceed to hear the Writ

Appeal.

The appeal is allowed on the above terms.
