Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
IA Nos. 158169/2024 & 214343/2024:-
1. The SLP (C) Diary No. 51890 of 2023 filed by the petitioner
was dismissed on account of non-curing of defects in terms of
order dated 01.04.2024.
2. Now, the petitioner has taken steps for curing the defects and
thus, the present applications have been moved, seeking restoration
of the above Special Leave Petition and condonation of Delay in
filing the restoration application.
