O R D E R
This petition seeks transfer of proceedings in case
bearing O.P.No. 162 of 2018, titled as Leela Hanumanth
Prasad vs. Leela Lalitha Devi,pending before the Family
Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, Telangana to the
Family Court cum Additional District Judge, East Godawari
(Dt) at Rajamahendravaram, A.P.
Despite notice, no one appeared on behalf of the
respondent.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner,
we are of the opinion that interest of justice requires that
the petition should be allowed.
Accordingly the proceedings in case bearing O.P.No.
162 of 2018, titled as Leela Hanumanth Prasad vs. Leela
Lalitha Devi,pending before the Family Court, City Civil
Court at Hyderabad, Telangana is transferred to the Family

Court cum Additional District Judge, East Godawari (Dt) at
Rajamahendravaram, A.P.
The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the
record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.
The Transfer Petition is allowed in the above terms.
Pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
