O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Leave granted.

Perused the counter affidavit.

Considering the role ascribed to the appellant, this is a case

where the appellant is entitled to be enlarged on bail pending the

trial.

For that purpose, we direct that the appellant shall be

produced before the Special Court within a maximum period of one

week from today. The Special Court shall enlarge the appellant on

bail till the conclusion of the trial on appropriate terms and

conditions including the condition of regularly and punctually

attending the Trial Court and cooperating with the Trial Court for

early disposal of the case.

The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
