Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, Mr Samyak Jain has
submitted that he is now seeking discharge from being the
counsel for the petitioner as the petitioner is not contacting
him and he is failing to receive instructions. Appropriate
application be filed within one week.
Service was complete on respondent no.1 on 31.03.2025 but
none has entered appearance.
Service report from Ministry of Law and Justice is still
awaited with regard to respondent no.2(Residing in Hongkong).
