1. The prayer in this application is to suspend the sentence of
the applicant-appellant during the pendency of appeal before this
Court.
2. The applicant-appellant is a convict under Sections 302, 201,
120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and has
been sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. The applicant-
appellant was convicted on 03.09.2019; his criminal appeal
preferred before the High Court was dismissed on 25.10.2019.
Thereafter, he has preferred the instant appeal. The applicant-
appellant has undergone actual sentence of 9 years 5 months 28 days
