O R D E R
By an order dated 05.03.2021, this Court referred the above
matter to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The parties have
reached a settlement agreement on 19.07.2021 before the Mediation
Centre. The settlement agreement reads as follows:-
“SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Settlement Agreement is entered into between Petitioner No.1 Ms. Anju Singh, w/o. Late Shri Shubham Kumar Singh, and Baby Raavya Singh (Minor) (through her mother Anju Singh) R/o. Flat No.245/G Block, Nobel Residency Road, Pariwar Passion Apartment, 5th Cross Doda Kamanahalle Main Road, District-Bangalore, Karnataka.
AND
Respondent No.1, Dr. Rajdeo Prasad Singh, S/o Late Shri Radha Singh R/o Flat No.1/D, Shivroop Kutir, P.S. Budha Colony Town Patna Bihar and Respondent No.2, Mrs. Veena Singh W/o Shri Rajdeo Prasad Singh, Flat No.1/D, Shivroop Kutir, P.S. Budha Colony Town, District Patna, District – Patna, Bihar and Presently R/o Civil Surgeon Quarters, District/town Sheohar, Bihar.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 05.03.2021 was pleased to refer the matter to Mediation Centre, Supreme Court.
