Leave granted.

The appellant before this Court is the complainant,

who has filed an FIR bearing PS Crime No. 623 of 2010

against the respondents under Sections 463, 465, 468

and   420   of   the   Indian   Penal   Code   registered   at

Cuddalore New Town Police Station.

The   respondents,   however,   approached   the   High

Court   of   Judicature   at   Madras   under   Section   482

Cr.P.C.   for   quashing   of   the   FIR,   which   petition   was

allowed by   the  High Court  and  the  proceedings  were

quashed.    This  order   is   impugned  before   this  Court,

which   is   challenged   at   the  hands   of   the   appellant   ­

complainant.
