O R D E R
1. Learned counsel appearing for the
petitioners, upon instructions, submit that the
petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these
petition(s).
2. Further, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner(s) submit that pursuant to various order(s)
passed by this Court, the petitioner(s) have deposited
the amount(s) with the Registry of this Court and this
Court, while dismissing these petitions as withdrawn,
may direct the Registry to release the said amount(s)
along with accrued interest, if any, to the
petitioner(s), which amount the petitioner(s) would
distribute to the workers within ten weeks from the
date of receipt of the same. It is ordered
accordingly.

3. It is also submitted that the workers have
been paid salary from November, 2016 and the amount(s)
deposited with the Registry were only as part of the
arrears, which the petitioner(s) were to pay.
4. Learned counsel further submit that the
petitioner(s) would further comply with the orders
passed the Madras High Court, which order(s) are
impugned in the present petition(s) as th...
