O R D E R
1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC, the
petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition filed by the
respondent – husband being M.C. No. 1516 of 2024 titled “Ravi Kiran
vs. Shweta Singh” under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
seeking restitution of conjugal rights, pending before the
Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru to the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
2. The respondent-husband, although served with the notice issued
by this Court yet has chosen not to remain present before this
Court either in-person or through an advocate.
3. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –
wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the
Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered
accordingly.
4. Consequently, M.C. No. 1516 of 2024 titled “Ravi Kiran vs.
Shweta Singh” pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court at
Bengaluru is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal
Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
