1. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner invited our attention to the order
passed by this Court dated 20-8-2024 in SLP(C) NO.286/2022 which
reads thus:-
“It is pointed out that on the issue as involved in the present special leave petition, a number of cases are pending. A list thereof be supplied within two weeks. On placing such a list, appropriate orders may be taken from Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India for listing of those cases before one Bench.”
