O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The parties are
also present in the Court.
3. On the earlier occasions, we had extensive discussion with the
parties.
4. In exercise of our power under Article 142 of the Constitution
of India, we pass a decree of divorce by mutual consent
dissolving the marriage between the parties in following terms
as agreed between the parties:-
I. The respondent – wife has agreed to receive a sum of
Rs.23,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty Three Lakh and Seventy Five
Thousand only) apart from the initial amount of
Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakh only) being the
remaining amount agreed upon for a sum of Rs.48,75,000/-

(Rupees Forty Eight Lakh Seventy Five Thousand only).
II. The aforesaid amount is received in the presence of the
Court by the respondent-wife.
III. All the pending litigation as mentioned in the order dated
22.09.2023 are closed which are as under:-
