O R D E R
1. In spite of notice being duly served, none appears for
the respondent.
2. We have considered the facts of the case and grounds on
which transfer has been sought. On such consideration, we are
satisfied with the grounds urged by the petitioner and accept
the same. Therefore, Petition A. No.230 of 2022 titled
“Vijaykumar v. Shivaleela” pending before Judge, Family Court
Kolhapur, Maharashtra is ordered to be transferred to the Court
of Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Shorapur, Karnataka.
3. However, the respondent/husband would be permitted to
appear through virtual mode until and unless his presence is
absolutely necessary.
4. The Judge, Family Court Kolhapur, Maharashtra shall send
the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without
any delay.
5. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
