1. The petitioner-wife is an ENT Surgeon. The
respondent-husband is stated to be a businessman. They got
married on 03.06.2020 and were thereafter blessed with a
son born on 22.12.2021. The petitioner-wife along with the
child, stays at Erode, where she is working. The
respondent-husband lives in Bangalore, where he has filed
a petition bearing M.C. No.921/2024 under Section 9 of the
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled “Amit Vikram vs. T.
Swetha”, which is pending before the VI Additional
Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore South, Bangalore,
Karnataka. The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of the
aforesaid petition to the Family Court, Erode, Tamil Nadu.
2. The parties were referred for mediation, but the
same has failed. We tried to find out the area of discord,
and it seems that the parties will be able to reconcile
with each other in due course of time.
3. Consequently, but without expressing any opinion on
the merits of the case, the transfer petition is allowed.
Accordingly, M.C. No.921/2024, titled “Amit Vikram vs. T.
Swetha, pending before the VI Additional Principal Judge,
Family Court, Bangalore South, Bangalore, Karnataka is
