UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are informed that the parties are already before the
Mediation Centre in Hyderabad. The parties would like to
resolve the dispute. If the parties are able to arrive at

some amicable settlement then it is well and good, otherwise
the proceedings shall stand transferred as prayed for by the
wife-petitioner.
