Transfer Petition which was dismissed pursuant to order dated

Having regard to the contents of the application, the present
application seeking restoration is allowed subject to payment of
cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal
Services Committee within three weeks.
Miscellaneous Application is accordingly allowed.
Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is restored on file to its
original number on payment of cost.
