After arguing sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner
seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to
file appropriate petition before the concerned Court seeking
transfer of cases pending in various District Courts in a
particular State.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is needless to state that the petitioner may file the
appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court as may be
permissible under the law.
